This Level 3 Award, in accordance with the IET Code of Practice for EESS, is a regulated, nationally recognised qualification is recognised by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).

Installation of AC and DC charging equipment for plug-in electric vehicles. This Level 3 Award complies with BS EN 61851 and the fourth edition of the Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Equipment Installations. It has been updated to include changes made by BS7671:2018+A2:2022.

The C&G 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382-22) course, is designed for electricians and other installers (gas engineers, kitchen/bathroom fitters, plumbers and builders) who complete domestic electrical work, such as wiring in a boiler or shower. Knowledge of 18th, alongside experience and a recognised qualification, is necessary to join a recognised Competent Persons Scheme.

Due to the introduction of the Government Heat Pump Training Grant we are able to offer a £500 refund for all Heating Engineers who wish to become Air Source Heat Pump trained and qualified.

This course will teach you; To understand and be competent when carrying out the design of heating systems, in accordance with Approved Document Part L of the Building Regulations 2021 edition.

This course will teach you: Monobloc concept, product layout and hardware installation. System hydraulics, pipework and valves. Wiring and control boxes. Water quality and pre-start up checks.
